Standard Invoicing Terms
These terms apply for all Astronaut Designs website projects, unless otherwise specified
- 40% deposit is required up-front before commencement of work.
- 40% progress payment will be invoiced upon completion of the first draft.
- 20% final payment will be invoiced upon project completion.
- Payment terms are 7 days.
- The project will not progress until each invoice is paid.
- If the final payment is still outstanding after 14 days the website will be taken offline until payment is received.
Additional notes:
- Flash design is not included in any project but can be arranged for an additional charge
- Please note that hosting is charged at $165/year (inc GST).
- Domain registration renewal will be the responsibility of the client.
- Any additional design work, upgrades or changes are charged at my casual rate of $66/hr (inc GST).
